VP Finance- Aerospace

Our client, the fastest growing testing and inspections company serving the Aerospace field is searching for a VP Finance to lead their largest and most profitable business unit. Responsibilities:

• Own the financial strategy for the company's fastest growing and most profitable division, which is approaching half a billion dollars in revenue
• Act as a true business partner to the division, overseeing financial planning and analysis, and finding ways to drive improvements and growth
• Play an integral part in Mergers & Acquisitions from due diligence to integration
• Lead a high-level, growing team of 5, consisting of Directors, Managers and Analysts
• Develop & implement strategies to improve and grow the business unit to its full potential
