Visual Communications Designer

This position will operate full-time out of our Seattle or Portland Main Office.

About The Position

In Order to Succeed in this role

• 5 years of experience working in a visual design role.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Specifically, ability to design projects in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop with little to no supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.
• Demonstrated experience creating original print media, presentations, brochures, and other materials in a cross-functional team environment.

Primary Functions & Essential Responsibilities

Pursuits

• Leveraging information provided by Marketing Team and Operations, create compelling graphics for proposals to win new business. This includes designing proposal layouts, infographics, formatting, and overseeing production and quality control of finished materials.
• Create presentation collateral, like presentations and brochures independently, while maintaining Lewis brand guidelines.

Branding

• Provide jobsite and tradeshow branding support.
• Maintain graphics library and assist with coordinating employee headshots.
• Assist Creative Manager as needed with photography efforts, which includes but is not limited to selecting appropriate photographers, coordinating photo shoots with project teams, staging, and identifying models or volunteers.
• Support Creative Manager in managing enterprise-wide Lewis gear program.
• Educate employees on the Lewis brand through creative brand campaigns and advocate against incorrect brand usage.

Marketing Communications

• Create and share branded materials for internal and external company initiatives and events.
• Develop artwork for advertisements, sponsorships, awards, etc.
• Contribute visual content for the website and social media channels.

Salary: $70,000 - $95,000

Salary information based out of Seattle, WA market.
