Shriners Children’s is a family that respects, supports, and values each other. We are engaged in providing excellence in patient care, embracing multi-disciplinary education, and research with global impact. We foster a learning environment that values evidenced based practice, experience, innovation, and critical thinking. Our compassion, integrity, accountability, and resilience defines us as leaders in pediatric specialty care for our children and their families.
Shriners Children's is the premier pediatric burn, orthopaedic, spinal cord injury, cleft lip and palate, and pediatric subspecialties medical center. We have an opportunity for a Corporate Virtual Health Navigator reporting into our Corporate Headquarters location.
Under the direction of the Corporate Director of Telehealth, the Corporate Virtual Health Navigator will work collaboratively with corporate Telehealth team, local Clinical Site team members and other departments as needed to ensure patients and providers are connected for each appointment through education, troubleshooting, and real-time intervention. The Navigator will work collaboratively with the Telehealth IS Coordinators for technical aspects related to Telehealth care for Shriners Children's, from the local hospital or clinic to the remote site. The Navigator will serve as a point of contact for sites to ensure that all technical components are functioning properly prior to, during, and after a Telehealth visit. The Navigator will be an integral team member to assist with projects, education, technical assistance, and other duties to ensure the overall Telehealth program is successful.
