Vice President of Operations - Remote | WFH

As we launch our exciting new brand, Calyx Living, we are seeking a passionate Vice President of Operations to lead our team from our corporate office in Raleigh. This role is pivotal as we expand with four new communities open or under construction, and four more in pre-construction.

What You'll Do

Lead and inspire teams within our communities to achieve excellence.

Drive community census and financial performance to industry-leading levels.

Ensure day-to-day operations meet our high standards of resident and family satisfaction.

Update operational practices to incorporate the latest technology and best practices.

Ensure communities adhere to clinical standards and regulatory requirements.

Maintain a hands-on presence in communities, especially during openings.

Your Qualifications

3+ years as a Vice President of Operations overseeing 8 to 12 assisted living or AL/IL communities.

5+ years of regional operations experience managing 8 to 10 communities.

Executive Director experience in senior living for at least 3 years.

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.

Licensed North Carolina administrator or willing to obtain within 6 months.
