Vice President of Investment

Our client is a strong real estate investment manager that is looking to add a Vice President, Investments to their Acquisitions and Asset Management team. This firm specializes in middle market multi-family, single family, and student housing assets across the West coast.

This role will report directly into the Co-Founder / Managing Partner of the firm, sitting out of the San Francisco office. The ideal candidate is someone with 7+ years of experience in acquisitions in the previously mentioned asset classes.

Qualifications:

• 7-10+ years of experience investing / acquiring real estate assets
• Specific exposure to multifamily, single family or student housing asset classes preferred
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Real Estate or related field
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage juniors on the investments team
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal
• Ability to work on-site in the San Francisco area
