Vice President of Financial Planning Analysis

The organisation is seeking a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis - a fantastic opportunity, well-suited for an experienced FP+A professional who can prove long-standing experience working in SaaS and directly with investors.

This is the perfect opportunity for an existing Vice President who's keen for more exposure in a complex business before becoming a CFO in the future. This role offers huge scope, with the candidate set to work with a range of stakeholders to unlock synergies, enhance integrations, establish and enhance wider processes, reporting, business partnering and more!

Please note: This is a remote opportuinty with the expectation of travelling to MA and/or NY.

Key challenges of the role:

● Management of a complex subscription model.

● Refining reporting structures to align seamlessly with stakeholders' dynamic requirements.

● Establishing and developing Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) processes from the ground up.

● Balancing the challenge of scaling the FP&A division's capabilities with fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.

● Striking a unique balance between hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations and maintaining a holistic approach to financial planning and analysis.

● Adeptly supporting and enhancing existing integration processes to ensure seamless functionality within the broader financial framework.

Mandatory Experience:

● Significant private equity experience, showcasing a deep understanding of the intricacies of this field.

● Extensive experience in managing complex international businesses, demonstrating adaptability to diverse global environments.

● Solid background in mergers and acquisitions and a comprehensive understanding of the associated processes.

● Wealth of experience in businesses of a similar scale,demonstrating the ability to excel in dynamic and challenging situations.

● Successful history of assembling and leading high-performing teams, emphasizing leadership capabilities.

● Demonstrated expertise in building and optimizing Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) functions.

● Track-record of collaborating with cross-functional partners to lead transformation and growth.

● Substantial experience in the Software as a Service (SaaS) sector.
