Vice President of Engineering

Vice President of Engineering Opportunity with a Medical Device Company

This opportunity is with a small start-up company that is growing rapidly following early round funding. As the VP of Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing all engineering efforts and leading cross-functional teams.

Major Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the engineering organization
• Oversee the engineering lifecycle, from concept to development to deployment
• Manage engineering budget and resources effectively
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and other departments to ensure seamless product development
• Represent the engineering organization to management and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 10+ years of experience in Engineering in the Medical Device Industry
• 5+ years in a leadership position
• Proven track record of leading successful engineering efforts in previous roles.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities

Compensation: $225k - $295

Hybrid: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote
