Our client is seeking a part time Director/VP level person with passion in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry interested to create an impact.

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Director/Vice President of Customer Success. The individual will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, managing accounts and account expansion, and optimising the customer experience.


Qualifications

  • Experience in CPG retail and working with enterprise customers
  • Willingness to travel to Customer Locations
  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and Account Management skills
  • Strong leadership and management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of AI and Image Recognition technology is a plus
  • Should be able to understand product and use cases to help drive adoption, usage, expansion
  • Should be able to understand product and use cases to help us expand on scope, scale, revenue
