We are actively searching for a VP of Business Development where you will be responsible for the North America growth strategy.
Responsibilities:
Forge strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, agribusinesses, and farmer organisations.
Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy for the North American market.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt the strategy as needed.
Manage budgets and resources to achieve sales and marketing goals.
Collaborate closely with other departments (R&D, Regulatory, etc) to ensure product launches are as successful as possible.
Build and lead a high-performing commercial team.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8-10 years in commercial leadership within the agriculture industry (Biologicals preferred).
Proven track record of success.
Deep understanding of the biological market in North America including key market segments, distribution, and regulatory environment.
Excellent and proven leadership qualities.
Network of strong connections within the main players in the industry.
