The Vice President of Clinical Strategy and Solutions is responsible for helping to shape and execute on strategic initiatives that accelerate our growth and help us to achieve our mission of providing eating disorder treatment that works to anyone in need. Key responsibilities include developing product-line growth strategies, identifying new market opportunities, forging strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth through innovative initiatives. The Vice President of Clinical Strategy & Solutions collaborates closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, assess competitive landscapes and capitalize on emerging opportunities. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking and a results-driven approach to achieve business objectives and drive sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, planning and implementation of go to market (GTM) strategies that deliver exceptional patient outcomes while optimizing revenue performance and maximizing return on investment
  • Collaborate across departments – commercial, clinical, tech, finance – to ensure alignment and integration of strategic and GTM initiatives across the organization
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and buying behaviors across healthcare stakeholders (providers, payers, patients).
  • Conduct in-depth market and competitive analyses to identify unmet clinical needs, emerging trends, and opportunities for innovative solutions
  • Define the strategic roadmap for clinical solutions, including new product/service concepts, pricing/packaging, enhancements and adjacencies with existing and new market segments
  • Establish robust processes for evaluating and prioritizing clinical solution concepts based on clinical impact, market demand, technical feasibility, and business value
  • Identify potential strategic partnerships to help achieve Equip’s growth goals
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges that may impact the company's strategic objectives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, clinical solutions design, strategic planning and/or business development in the healthcare field is essential
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing growth strategies in a similar leadership role
  • Extensive experience in identifying and capitalizing on new marketing opportunities to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives

$215,000 - $230,000 a year

The pay range for this position in the US is $215,000 - $230,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We are open to compensation negotiations. This role can be located anywhere in the US. Equip offers a comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k, paid time off, family and short-term disability leave.

Physical Demands

Work is performed 100% from home with no requirement to travel. This is a stationary position that requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards as well as to talk or hear by telephone. Sit or stand as needed.
