Job Summary


To support the acceleration of the company's growth and sales development in the US Market, Foundever™ is looking for an ambitious and dynamic VP, of AI Solutions. This candidate should have deep expertise in AI technologies, be comfortable in partnering with Business Development, assisting in strategic client meetings as both AI advocate and technical advisor. You should be experienced in assessing Clients’ needs and translating these into a refined solution, capable of delivering an ROI for both the client as well as Foundever™.


Reporting to the Chief AI Officer / VP, Head of Solutions, US Market, you will work closely with the Foundever Solutions Teams, Sales Leaders and Product Organization. You will animate the AI Strategy for the solutions community, ensuring that we provide cohesive support to Foundever teams and that our AI offers demonstrate value to our clients and Foundever, enabling AI to drive revenue and EBITDA growth for Foundever™

Responsibilities


  • You will be responsible for building AI solutions, business cases and commercial constructs integrating AI solutions into our core offer communicating a cohesive story that paints a vision for the client and articulates a clear value proposition.
  • Lead client conversations to understand business challenges and objectives.
  • Help clients and Foundever™ to define the best strategy to drive change.
  • Support the business development and solutions teams on proposals, documentation, and pricing.
  • Ensure that proposals meet the client's requirements and differentiate Foundever™.
  • Present proposals to customers alongside Foundever™ business development, account management and leadership
  • Ensure projects are feasible, deliverable, profitable for the business and aligned with the group strategy.
  • Act as an AI subject matter expert, supporting business development and account management during client meetings.
  • Provide ongoing expertise to customers during and post project implementation.
  • Support Customer Success leaders in driving client value over the contract lifecycle.
  • Support the Product team in understanding market needs and setting roadmap priorities.
  • Maintain a knowledge of both AI technologies and business trends and be a step ahead in the direction the customer service industry is heading.
  • Act as the market AI Advocate, which may include public speaking engagements, analyst briefings, conference attendance and representing the company in professional organizations.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of industry-related experience, ideally including a combination of contact center, business development, product management, project management, demonstrable experience of driving value through AI and experience in the digital, software or consulting CX industry
  • 7+ years’ experience partnering with sales and/or account management
  • Excellent conversational and written knowledge in English
  • Comprehensive knowledge of external market intelligence and strategies related to AI solutions (competitors, trends, etc.)
  • Ability to influence, communicate, and motivate clients to make a purchasing decision
  • Deep understanding of how to drive customer experience metrics
  • Ability to anticipate, be proactive, take initiative and make decisions
  • Ability to innovate and design new solutions
  • Demonstrates emotional intelligence
  • Knowledge of business development process & and experience growing a business
  • Analytical and goal-oriented mindset
  • Teamwork, a known collaborator that drives cross functional partnership
  • Adaptability and flexibility



Travel:


  • Availability to travel up to 60% domestic and international.
  • Capable of regular travel in North/South America and Asia, occasional travel to Europe or other regions as required.
  • Flexibility to adapt work location based on demands.
