In This Position, You'll
Be a champion for patient care, reviewing treatment requests with a focus on medical necessity.
Utilize your clinical expertise to analyze treatment plans and ensure they align with best practices.
Collaborate with providers to determine the most effective treatment options.
Become a trusted resource for your team, providing clinical oversight and guidance.
Contribute to a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement.
You're a Great Fit If You Have
A current and active RN or LPN license.
2+ years of clinical nursing experience (direct patient care, administrative, or a combination)
Nice To Have: A strong understanding of workers' compensation and/or utilization management principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
