About the Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking a talented analyst to join our commando underwriting team. This is an integral role at Atlas Invest, where you will be at the heart of our financial strategies and analytical processes. Your mission will be to not only perform rigorous analyses but also to embed our innovative methodologies into every aspect of our underwriting operations.
Responsibilities:
Analyzing borrowers, assets, and loans: You will be responsible for assessing risks and identifying opportunities, providing critical insights that drive our investment decisions.
Preparing detailed reports and presentations: Communicate your findings effectively to both internal and external stakeholders, supporting transparency and informed decision-making.
Communicating with deal flow providers and other stakeholders.
Developing and refining underwriting models: Enhance the accuracy and efficiency of our underwriting models, ensuring they support robust decision-making processes.
Collaborating with the R&D team: Work closely with our technology team to enhance and innovate our products and tools, ensuring they align with our financial analysis and underwriting needs.
Conducting market research: Stay ahead of industry trends, delivering valuable insights that inform our strategic direction.
Requirements:
Team player, self-managed, independent, and process-oriented
Outstanding interpersonal/communication skills
1+ years of experience in real estate analysis at a lending firm
1+ years of experience in debt analysis and underwriting
Compensation: $60K-$80K base + performance based compensation + options in the company
