Job Summary
We are seeking a Training and Development Specialist to design, implement, and facilitate training programs for our team members.
Duties/Responsibilities
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and discussions with stakeholders.
Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding, orientation, and skills training programs.
Customize training to address specific job requirements and skill enhancement needs.
Create and curate training manuals, guides, and course materials.
Conduct training sessions using various methods such as group discussions, lectures, simulations, and videos.
Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and assessment results.
Review and evaluate training materials provided by instructors.
Measure program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Manage training budgets and maintain expense records.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong presentation abilities.
Proficiency in using multimedia training platforms and tools.
Ability to research and evaluate training methods.
Skill in designing effective training programs.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
Required
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a contact center customer service environment.
Preferred
College education or equivalent.
Familiarity with medical terminology.
Experience .
Physical Requirements
Extended periods of desk work and computer usage.
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
