Exciting news from NSA Storage: Beginning in July 2024, we will be internalizing management of eight of our self storage brands. This strategic initiative will consolidate operations, enhance financial clarity, and significantly reduce G&A expenditures. As we transition to manage more of our properties directly, we anticipate improved financial performance and enhanced brand flexibility.
