Position Overview
We're seeking a passionate and experienced Training and Education Manager to join our dynamic team at Alliedstar, serving the USA and Canada. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing and executing comprehensive training programs for our dealer partners, end customers, digital opinion leaders, team members, and employees. Responsibilities
Develop and oversee training curriculum and programs covering product knowledge, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
Produce educational materials, including manuals, guides, and videos, to support training initiatives effectively.
Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring engagement and knowledge retention.
Evaluate training effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to elevate the training experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training efforts with company objectives.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and advancements in dental education and training.
Manage the budget for training and education endeavors, tracking expenses accordingly.
Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to gather feedback and enhance training programs.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting Alliedstar products and educational offerings.
Travel domestically and internationally, up to 30% of the time, to facilitate training sessions and attend events.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, instructional design, or dental technology.
At least 2 years of experience in training and education roles.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in the dental industry.
Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for inspiring audiences.
Proficiency in learning management systems and training software.
Experience delivering both in-person and virtual training programs.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Willingness to travel for training sessions and events.
