Position Summary:
Responsible for providing individual and/or group counseling as defined by license. Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning for all applicable clients. Develop comprehensive diagnostic assessment within the scope of license.
Pay: $48,000-$60,000 annual salary

FREE licensure supervision and internal trainings for CEUs and/or Certifications
POTENTIAL SCHOOL DISTRICT: Winton Woods, Princeton, Norwood, or CPS
Position Description:
Provide counseling in a school setting with focus on cognitive-behavioral strategies
Complete assessments and assign accurate diagnoses
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Conduct risk assessments and develop safety plans
Ensure accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with client’s treatment team
Perform duties under supervision
Complete necessary trainings
Complete other duties as required
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Relate in an ethical, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and respectful manner
Trained in cognitive-behavioral strategies
Possess excellent organizational and time management skills while prioritizing tasks
Be flexible and responsive to the needs of the client, school, and program
Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
Possess strong problem-solving skills
Effectively use electronic documentation system
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Minimum required licensure of LSW, LPC, MFT
2+ years counseling experience preferred
Essential Functions/Physical Demands:
Positional: Driving in accordance with job duties assigned. Infrequent standing and walking. Frequent to constant sitting.
Gross Mobility: Rare climbing, or crawling. Infrequent balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Frequent to constant reaching and handling.
