Hourly Wage
22.29 - 30.80 USD

SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS/PREMIUMS:

  • Shift Differentials:
    • Evening$3.00/hour
    • Night $5.00/hour

  • Premiums:
    • Weekend Premium$4.50/hour
    • Standby Premium$3.50/hour
    • Lead Premium$3.25/hour
    • Per Diem Premium15% (on base, in lieu of benefits)
JOB SUMMARY:

Performs and provides support services for medical staff activities. Duties include but are not limited to the following: monitors licenses/DEA/certifications and liability insurance for medical staff; completes medical staff reference requests; assists with credentialing of medical staff and Allied Health staff; ascertains needs of guests and callers and directs them appropriately; composes/generates Word documents, graphic layouts and visual aides; oversees management of data; coordinates meeting arrangements, notices and conducts special assignments as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

High school graduate or equivalent with at least two (2) years of higher education preferred.

Experience

Two (2) years health care setting preferred, or minimum of two (2) years secretarial experience in a professional office setting.

      • Part-time Employee Holidays – Part time holiday bank (equivalent to 10 days per year for a full-time employee); use by request or receive payout of 8 hours upon reaching 24 hours in bank.
      • Vacation – Beginning accrual equivalent to 14 days per year for a full-time employee. Pro-rated for part-time employees. Employees may begin using vacation after completing 1040 benefit hours. Accrual rate increases with years of service. Refer to your Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for details.
