Pay
$60-75 per hour (dependent on qualifications, position, and experience)
Spa Hours
10AM to 7PM, Monday to Friday
10AM to 4PM, Saturday
10AM to 2PM, Sunday
Job Duties
Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences (50% of role)
Foster teamwork and cultivate a positive team culture
Conduct chart reviews and ensure patient clearance every 12 months, unless medical history changes
Manage prescriptions including Zofran, Toradol, High Dose Glutathione, High Dose Vit-C, NAD+, and Peptides, ensuring detailed consultations and adherence to medical protocols
Handle miscellaneous tasks as needed, billing hourly in 10-minute increments for activities such as consultations and meetings
Assumptions
Adhere to medical protocols established by the Medical Director, following Virginia practice of medicine standards
Utilize digital intake forms and telehealth platforms for patient consultations and authorizations
Collaborate with RNs and location staff to deliver services according to protocols and patient conditions, with oversight from MDs and NPs
Qualifications
Minimum 12-24 months of telehealth experience with a current Virginia NP license
Passion for improving community health and wellness
Strong customer service orientation and team spirit
Enjoy contributing to customer well-being and performance enhancement
Experience with peptides is advantageous
