We are seeking a Voice Analyst to join our 24/7/365 Network Operations Center. The Voice Analyst is responsible for provisioning and maintaining VoIP-related products and serves as an escalation point for technical support for our national voice services platform. The Voice Analyst team is responsible for the remote support, installation, and upkeep of POTS, TDM, and VoIP services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provision and maintain VoIP-related products
Serve as an escalation point for technical support for our national voice services platform
Provide remote support, installation, and upkeep of POTS, TDM, and VoIP services
Maintain active communication with customers, on-site technicians, carrier service providers
Work directly with Technical Support Engineers and VoIP Engineers to support and troubleshoot our voice platforms
Ensure all tickets and jobs are handled quickly and accurately from start to finish
Required Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience
Proven experience with POTS in a NOC role, including converting POTS lines to VoIP, finding tags, making test calls, and working with fire panels and fax lines
Some LSI modeling experience
More than just help desk experience
