Job Description

As the Learning and Development Experience Platform Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our learning Experience Platform (LXP) and related digital learning platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform meets the evolving needs of our employees, supports organizational goals, and facilitates a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Administration: Manage the administration and configuration of the LXP, including user access, content management, and system updates.
  • User Support: Provide technical support to platform users, including troubleshooting issues, conducting training sessions, and creating user guides.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for learning programs, and conduct quality assurance checks on content and platform functionality.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and consultants for platform enhancements, integrations, and technical support.
