About The Role
As a Technical Trainer, you'll be instrumental in providing comprehensive training to both our internal team members and external customers on the optimal use and operation of injection molding machinery. You'll be at the forefront of our mission to ensure that everyone utilizing our equipment is empowered with the knowledge they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and effective training sessions on all aspects of injection molding machinery, including plastics processing, mechanics, electronics, and safety protocols.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods, from visual aids to interactive demonstrations, to cater to diverse learning styles.
Collaborate with customers to identify specific training needs and tailor your approach accordingly.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry advancements and incorporate them into your training materials.
Foster strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients to ensure ongoing support and success.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in injection molding and plastics processing.
Proficiency in pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical/electronic systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively (up to 90% of the time).
