Summary
The Technical Trainer Company Operations Training plays a vital role in improving the operational capabilities of our workforce through structured training programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions that align with the company's operational strategies and objectives.
Duties And Responsibilities
Work closely with Senior Technical Trainers to develop and refine training materials, curricula, and assessments.
Ensure all training sessions are conducted proficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and adherence to established protocols.
Provide guidance and support to trainees to ensure comprehension and application of operational procedures.
Assess training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and adjust training methodologies as needed.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements relevant to Company Operations.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant technical experience in Company Operations or related fields.
Demonstrated proficiency in delivering effective training programs, preferably in corporate or organizational settings.
Strong understanding of military skills, operations management, and current industry certifications related to Company Operations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to adapt training approaches based on learner needs and organizational requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in multinational or multicultural environments.
Certification in instructional design, training facilitation, or related fields.
Position is based on contract award.
