As an organization that has consistently grown every year since founded, we are expanding our Atlanta team and looking to add a Technical Recruiter to the team. Overview:

  • - Skill-Set Focused – through our 3-week hands on training program, we help each recruiter become specialized in one/two skillsets, so they can become subject matter experts
  • - Consultant-Centered – our quality over quantity approach to recruiting helps us build quality relationships with clients/consultants. They are our top priority.
  • - Technology-Driven – we utilize the latest and greatest technologies to make the hiring process seamless for our clients and consultants
  • - Giving Back – Opt2Give program allows us to provide weekend meals to food insecure children with each placement/deal that is made


Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • - Participate in daily board meetings with local office to ensure feedback/updates/priorities are communicated to entire team
  • - Use various job platforms to search for and reach out to qualified candidates passively/actively looking for employment in the market
  • - Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate’s technical experience to see if they are a match for job opening
  • - Format resume/submittal package to highlight candidate’s top skills for client to review
  • - Prepare candidate for phone and in-person interviews by having in-depth conversations surrounding questions, scenarios and technical experience that may be asked by client
  • - Work closely with Account Executive to negotiate pay rates for both consultant and client
  • - Gather and prepare all onboarding paperwork for candidate after offer/acceptance stage
  • - Continue to stay connected with consultant through happy hours, in-person meetings, coffees, etc. to ensure they are happy and successful in their new role.
  • - Meet minimum weekly metrics including phone interviews/submittals to open jobs
