Technical Recruiter

Our IT Services practice provides organizations with highly personalized, comprehensive, U.S. based recruiting services supported by our internal onsite team of subject matter experts.

We are currently seeking a Technical Recruiter to join us on a full-time salaried basis at our Lawrenceville, NJ office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source candidates through cold calling, search engines, job boards, social media, referrals, networking, career fairs, and other avenues.
• Generate and maintain internal and external job postings; determines effective advertising mediums.
• Pre-screens, interviews, assesses and hires top-quality candidates.
• Performs thorough background and reference checks on all potential candidates prior to job offer; provides detailed information to the immediate supervisor.
• Manages relationships with external 3rd party vendors who source candidates.
• Develops and maintains relationships with colleges, agencies, and other sources of high-quality candidates.
• Researches, analyzes and prepares recruiting statistics/measurements.
• Performs end to end recruiting life cycle.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 1+ years of related experience or equivalent
• Prior experienced working for IT Staffing firm preferred.

• Ability to work with all levels of management
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
• Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (namely MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Teams) Preferred.
• Familiarity with at least one leading Applicant Tracking Systems like Job Diva, Bull Horn, and LinkedIn preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
