We offer contract, contract-to-hire, direct-hire, and project-based solutions. Our consultative, non-transactional methodology prioritizes client relationships and quality candidates.
Responsibilities
Recruit IT candidates using tools including Bullhorn, Linkedin, Indeed, and other job boards.
Build a strong pipeline of prospective candidates
Prepare candidates for interviews using best practices
Communicate and work with the sales team
Strategize innovative ways to reach new candidates
Qualifications
2 years min of IT Staffing Agency experience *this is an absolute must*
Strong verbal and written communication skills
The desire to excel in a performance-driven environment
We offer a hybrid work schedule, with Wednesday and Friday being work from home. Our office is located in Sandy Springs.
