Duncan Co. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Order Processing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have industrial flow control experience and will be responsible for managing customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management: Accurately enter, process, and manage customer orders in the system.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support.
Technical Assistance: Utilize technical industrial knowledge to assist customers with product information and troubleshooting.
Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, sales teams, and other departments.
Documentation: Ensure all order-related documentation is accurate and up to date.
Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve order discrepancies and customer complaints promptly.
Coordination: Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in order processing, customer service, or a related field. Industrial Flow Control experience preferred.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training is a plus.
