Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Technical Director at discover GREY. As the Technical Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks related to team management, team leadership, research and development (R&D), software development, and project management. This is a hybrid role and will be primarily located in the San Francisco Bay Area, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time.
Qualifications
Team management, team leadership, and project management skills
Deep understanding of Python, Liquid, Javascript and PHP
Experience in managing and leading a team of talented developers both in-house and contractors
Familiar with CRM systems, Salesforce and Hubspot, and CMS (WordPress)
Experience in research and development (R&D) and software development
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the lifestyle or media industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
