Talent Acquisition Specialist

Mindera US is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist (part time) to assist our US Operations team with our recruitment needs. In this role you will work closely with our US Human Resource Manager and our Global Recruitment Team to source and assess candidates for new roles. Our US business hours are from 9am - 5pm MST. The length of work for this role is between 3 - 6 months.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with creating, posting, and maintaining job postings to attract the ideal candidates
- Source and screen candidates: conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate skills and experience
- Assist with managing multiple pipelines (in the US and Globally with our teams in Portugal and Brazil)
- Assist the hiring team(s) in recruitment activities that comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment team(s) to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- 2-3 years of experience using Google sheets and other recruitment tracking software
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- A strong team player
- Be based in the US
