About the Company:

Our company is expanding rapidly, and we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced physician/provider recruiter to continue to hone their talent acquisition expertise. The Physician Recruiter will collaborate with the Business and Medical leadership teams to create and implement recruitment and hiring programs that result in key Psychiatrist and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) talent acquisition and reflect the company culture in a highly dynamic and rapidly growing business environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a robust sourcing plan for clinical (Physician and PMHNP) positions-including development of relationships with residency programs, industry events, social media sourcing, and online search
  • Establish a pipeline of talented clinicians for current and hiring needs for next 3 years
  • Leverage “hunter” mentality through finding and sourcing high caliber leads on an ongoing basis- through cold calling, texting, email, social media and direct mail
  • Keep current on clinical hiring trends, compensation ranges and competitor/industry changes
  • Manage the full cycle talent acquisition process to include requisition approval, presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, and closing components for provider positions within the organization.
  • Proactively engage our Leadership teams to establish a common understanding of Talent Acquisition processes, outcomes and service standards.
  • Serve as a consultant to leadership in the development of effective talent acquisition, sourcing and workforce planning strategies.
  • Facilitate proactive resource planning with supply and demand analysis and work with HR Business Partners to proactively understand resource needs and talent gaps.
  • Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, and closing components involved in full-lifecycle recruiting.
  • Develop a qualified applicant pool from multiple sources, including direct sourcing, competitive information, niche job boards and sourcing tools, cold-calling, web sites, referrals, job fairs, networking, and internal candidate pools.

Qualifications:

  • This is a remote opportunity and can be located anywhere in the United States. San Francisco or somewhere within California, highly preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of physician/provider recruitment experience with strong closing track record; Experience recruiting Psychiatrists a strong plus
  • Passionate about, and experienced in hunting for premier passive candidates through advanced sourcing techniques, using a wide variety of sourcing tools, cold-calling, extensive research and keeping a pulse on the marketplace
  • Ability to Travel to job fairs and events as needed, is required (Approximately 4-8 times per year. Largely in Northern California)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact and build credibility quickly at all levels within and outside the organization
  • Action focused and proven ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and rapidly growing business required
  • Experience working with Applicant tracking systems (Jobvite preferred), social media, and Advanced Boolean search methods, as well as some experience utilizing 3 rd party sourcing tools (Hiretual, TextRecruit, LinkedIn Recruiter etc.) and leveraging external job posting portals and job boards as required.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking is very important to this role

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience required
  • Highly prefer candidates living in the PST/MST time zone

Compensation And Benefits

Salary package of $85k-$120k per year *

  • Compensation will be dependent on experience and geographic location.
