**Position Overview**

The Supply Chain Project Coordinator will assist the Supply Chain Project Manager with organizing New Store Opening projects, Limited Time Offers, product rollouts, and other various projects as identified by the Supply Chain Project Manager and Director of Supply Chain Operations and Analytics.

The Supply Chain project coordinator is responsible for handling administrative tasks for the project manager and varying stakeholders to keep the project running smoothly and ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**

  • Utilizing Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams to communicate to stakeholders at various stages of procurement projects
  • Schedule meetings and complete a wide range of administrative tasks as needed
  • Continuous monitoring and updating progress of projects via Smartsheet
  • Maintain project-related documentation
  • Validate and confirm relevant information important to the various project(s) remains accurate throughout the lifecycle of the project(s)
  • Track product shipments as it relates to procurement projects and subsequent project task completion
  • Provide regular reporting for each project to the PM and project stakeholders

**Qualifications**

  • College degree required. Business administration or project management focus preferred.
  • Experience in communications, project assistance, or administrative assistance preferred. Oral and written communication skills are a must.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Additional skills in Microsoft project, ClickUp, or Smartsheet preferable.
