    Monique serves as Aegis Sortation's Vice President of Human Resources. Monique’s human resource experience started in Silicon Valley supporting high tech clients. Over the course of her career she worked across the United States, India and partnered with Global HR teams. Formerly, she worked in Oil and Gas manufacturing as the HR liaison for employees such as commodity traders, functional engineers, plant operators and craftsmen. In honor of Father's Day, we want to recognize some of our favorite Fathers of Innovation.💡 These individuals are considered Fathers of Innovation because their groundbreaking work and inventions have had a lasting impact on their respective fields and on society as a whole, often laying the foundation for future technological advancements. Aegis Sortation is committed to achieving groundbreaking, industry-changing achievements, inspired by these Fathers of Innovation. 1. Thomas Edison: Edison is known for many inventions, including the practical electric light bulb, the phonograph, and early motion picture cameras. His work in electrical engineering and his establishment of the first industrial research laboratory set the foundation for modern industrial research and development. His work has transformed modern life. 2. Nikola Tesla: He is credited with developing alternating current (AC) electrical systems, the Tesla coil, and contributions to the development of wireless technology. His work in electromagnetism and electrical engineering has had a lasting impact on modern electricity distribution systems and wireless communication, making him a pivotal figure in technological innovation. 3. Alexander Graham Bell: Bell is best known for inventing the telephone and his invention revolutionized communication, shrinking distances and making instantaneous long-distance communication possible, transforming society and industry. 4.
