Monique serves as Aegis Sortation's Vice President of Human Resources. Monique’s human resource experience started in Silicon Valley supporting high tech clients. Over the course of her career she worked across the United States, India and partnered with Global HR teams. Formerly, she worked in Oil and Gas manufacturing as the HR liaison for employees such as commodity traders, functional engineers, plant operators and craftsmen.
