Supervisor of Quality Assurance (QA)

We have a career opportunity for a Supervisor of Quality Assurance. As a Supervisor of Quality Assurance you will be responsible for the daily operations of the Quality Assurance department.

The supervisor will be located at 4410 S 102nd St., working with different management levels and support personnel in other office locations.

The Impact You Will Have

• You will train, lead and oversee all Quality Assurance personnel.
• You will write, review and/or approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Manufacturing Instructions (MIs).
• You will participate and assist the group in regulatory, vendor, internal and customer audits.
• You will conduct/assist in investigations, deviations, and corrective and preventative action plans (CAPAs).
• You will oversee customer complaints and product returns.
• You will assist with planning company-wide cGMP training with ALI-PM management.
• You will review MIs and release finished product.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree in a science related field and/or a minimum of 10 years of work experience with FDA and/or USDA regulations.
• Experience with US-FDA Q7 and cGMP requirements and/or with USDA regulations.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance practices, manufacturing processes, GMP, documentation, and data integrity requirements.
• Experience with supervising others.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and other basic computer skills.
