Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our team of licensed senior sales agents towards sales success and data-driven performance. This position plays a pivotal role in driving our sales operations and ensuring our continued growth and success.

We Are Looking For An Exceptional Individual Who Can

  • Lead a team of licensed agents to achieve sales targets and KPIs by leveraging data-driven insights and performance coaching.
  • Conduct virtual face-to-face coaching sessions to enhance team and individual performance, ensuring all coaching sessions are documented.
  • Analyze call recordings and performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager to implement process improvements and enhance overall call center operations.
  • Handle escalated caller issues and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) as needed, tracking progress and providing ongoing support to team members.
  • Utilize agent scorecards and performance metrics to monitor individual performance and provide timely feedback and guidance.
  • Oversee enrollment tracking and other key performance indicators, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Act as a resource for agents regarding system and tool usage, addressing inquiries and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Maintain excellent attendance and adherence to company policies and decisions.
  • Provide accurate End-of-Day (EOD) reporting and contribute to long-term career growth and mentoring within the team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Active Health Insurance License in good standing is required.
  • 3+ years in a leadership role (preferred Medicare Leadership), with a proven track record of driving sales performance.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience in broker-style settings with high-risk accounts required.
  • Experience in upselling Medicare members in a PDP cross-selling is preferred.
  • Experience in Outbound sales call center infostructure.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel/Outlook) is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and poise.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and development, with a passion for driving sales excellence.
