Job Description

Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Intern –Engineering for Summer, 2024. The internship opportunity will provide exposure to Safety Engineering. The position is based in Pearl City, HI.

Accountabilities:

Assist the project team for the achievement of project requirements.

Required Skills/ Knowledge:

• Strong people skills: the ability to work with large groups of engineering and technical personnel as well as one-on-one interaction with staff
• Ability to maintain the integrity of confidential business information.
• Strong relevant technical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
  
  

Education:

Current Electrical or Mechanical Engineering student at a 4-year university with a graduation date between August, 2024 and August, 2025

Languages:
