Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an experienced Structured Settlement Case Manager in the Western U.S. The Structured Settlement Case Manager will be responsible for supporting our Settlement Consultants and their clients throughout the structured settlement process. This is a very fast paced position that requires strong communication skills, impeccable attention to detail and the ability to handle a large number of cases at the same time.

Qualifications

• Experience in structured settlement case management and settlement planning
• Knowledge of structured settlements, IRS guidelines, and government benefit preservation
• Familiarity with attorney fee deferral strategies and trust services
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Bachelor's degree
• Spanish speaking fluency in legal and financial terminology is preferred
• Life & Health insurance license is preferred
