WHY YOU NEED A TRUSTED SETTLEMENT CONSULTANT!!!!! Recently an attorney called my office with a minor's settlement for us to show some Guaranteed Tax-Free Structured Settlement Annuities as we always do for their minors. The plaintiff's family told their attorney they found their own annuity provider as they reached out to annuity.com. They were placed with a broker whose focus is on SENIOR RETIREMENT PLANNING. The broker was sending annuity quotes showing LARGE HYPOTHETICAL returns that were OUTRAGEOUS and not based on true Historical Data but worse off he was putting a 12-year-old into an ERISA based retirement annuity where the money is locked up until age 59 1/2 with surrender charges and penalties. This agent failed to do a suitability assessment and just cared about making the biggest commission. He had no idea that the family's chosen plan must be approved at an Infant Compromise Hearing. Thank God the attorney showed us the plan presented by this Fraudster. We finally got together with the family and designed an incredible Tax-Free Annuity plan for the 12-year-old that will keep him on the path of success.
