Strategic Planning Analyst

Data Analyst/Coordinator - Office of Missionary Planning and Leadership

Location: St. Francis, WI, 53235

The mission of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee is to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ through his saving death and resurrection by calling, forming, and sending disciples to go and make new disciples. The Missionary Planning and Leadership Analyst will contribute to the planning and leadership initiatives at the archdiocesan and parish levels, including providing accurate, current and timely data and analyses to support parish planning, generating reports and trend analyses, and coordinating meetings, events and training that support planning and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate strategic planning and leadership development programs and projects
  • Provide meaningful reports and analyses to help the department and parishes with data informed decisions
  • Support parish and finance councils including updating manuals, coordinating annual training, and answering inquiries
  • Serve as MissionInsite database coordinator for the archdiocese
  • Provide administrative support to the pastoral council and MP&L department, including coordination for events, training and meetings


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, statistics, or a related field required
  • Minimum five years experience in data analysis, trend reporting and writing analyses required
  • Minimum five years experience in project and program management required
  • Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Knowledge of the Catholic church, terminology, and structure preferred
  • Practicing Catholic preferred


Compensation and Benefits:

The position is a full-time, salaried position working in person at the Archdiocese of Milwaukee Pastoral Center in St. Francis. The Archdiocese of Milwaukee provides a full-scope of employment benefits, including health and wellness, flex-time, Catholic school tuition assistance for children of employees, and a pension program. Occasional weekend and evening assignments and travel within the archdiocese is required.
