Summary:
Our Strategic Account Managers serve as the primary point of contact for our largest clients. They build lasting relationships with their assigned accounts to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Ability to go into the office in Orange County, CA or Austin, TX on a hybrid schedule is preferred.

What you'll do:
- Provide excellent customer service and build meaningful relationships ensuring that customers are not just retained but are Flowspace brand advocates
- Partner closely with both internal teams cross functionally and warehouse partners to problem solve on behalf of your clients to resolve day to day operational issues and larger strategic issues
- Conduct regular business reviews with their assigned accounts to assess areas of growth with Flowspace
- Partner with the Executive Sponsor to identify and assist in revenue growth opportunities
- Educate customers to drive new product adoption
- Share product feature requests and feedback with internal teams
- Manage and support the success and growth of assigned accounts while also supporting smaller accounts as needed
- 3+ years proven experience in a former / current account management role
- Solid skills with the software products, i.e. a WMS, Salesforce, GSuite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work across teams, in a fast-paced but collaborative environment
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Industry experience (logistics, warehousing, or ecommerce)
- Masters/Graduate degree
- Experience in a startup environment
- 10-15% travel as needed for employee team gatherings, conferences and in person customer meetings
- Must be able to successfully manage a variety of virtual technology tools, to communicate and work in a remote environment (i.e. GSuite, Slack, Zoom, Miro)
