As a Start-Up Specialist with Pool Troopers, you will have a rewarding career with opportunities for growth and advancement. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying services sales opportunities for new and prior customers.
Start-Up Specialists may occasionally work outdoors and will be trained on pool cleaning and chemical services. During slow season, Start-Up Specialist's maybe responsible for the maintenance and service of pools.
Acquire suitable residential reoccurring service customers
Re-acquire returning customers
Reach out to sold accounts and AR cancelled accounts, with the intent to re-activate service.
In the slow season, specialists are required to assist branch managers with any supervisory related tasks including route coverage
Requirements
Pool chemistry and circulation
Equipment pad operation
Basic computer literacy
Proper communication skills
Excellent customer service
Must be at least 19 years of age
Must have a valid driver license for at least 3 years with no major infractions or significant points
Must be able to pass pre-employment background screening, drug screening, and MVR (Motor Vehicle Records)
Prior sales experience
Must have a high school diploma or GED
