Summary

Revlon is seeking a Sr. Recruiter with experience building talent pipelines in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will execute sourcing strategies, present candidates, and build talent pipelines to support our continued growth and transformation. The duration of this contract is 6 months.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters on critical requisitions or groups of requisitions.
  • Define and execute sourcing strategies and present qualified candidates to recruiters.
  • Develop and define effective engagement strategies for pipelines of passive talent utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Implement strategic campaign outreach and personalized correspondence to engage potential candidates with InMail
  • Build, organize, and maintain pools of niche talent into dedicated pipelines sorted and tagged by specific skills.
  • Conduct talent market research using proven data tools to pull key market insights, including compensation expectations
  • Organize data to provide clear pictures of the talent pool, enabling data-driven strategies and influencing business decisions.

Requirements

  • 3-5 Years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition as a Recruiter or Sourcer, supporting a variety of functional areas including but not limited to, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Digital, and Analytics
  • CPG experience highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of data and analytics to support talent market research.
  • Experience with various sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (UKG), and creative Boolean searches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and attract passive talent.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining multiple active pipelines of talent across multiple functional areas
  • Self-driven with a high-performance mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The hourly base pay range for this position in New York City is $50 – 55/hr; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
