Do you enjoy delivering personalized professional experiences that enable Retail teams to deliver outstanding customer service? If so, the Senior Retail L&D Manager role with Crocs could be the opportunity for you! As a member of the Human Resources team, this role is responsible for Retail Learning & Development content creation and management to meet the needs of Crocs' Regional Retail teams to drive high levels of Customer Service and consistent in-store experiences. In partnership with the Learning & Development team, person will be the authority on L&D for Crocs Retail.

What You'll Do

REGIONAL SUPPORT

  • Responsible for meeting with regional partners to understand and analyze retail and partner needs.
  • Handle the global retail training calendar and help bridge the gap from corporate to regional support.
  • Facilitate communication between the regions.

CONTENT CREATION

  • Manage global templates and course updates.
  • Build retail courses and content to align with regional needs including management of content for partner stores.
  • Support the implementation of global corporate programs into Retail and create global L&D content as needed.

CUSTOMER SERVICE PROGRAM OWNERSHIP

  • Is responsible for refreshing the Crocs customer service model called CHARM ( service model used in over 90 countries).
  • Responsible for reinforcing and building the culture of CHARM to all global employees.

LMS SUPPORT

  • Manage global Retail content in LMS for stores and partners.
  • Support system admins as needed through ongoing training including Tier 2 client support.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 7+ years recent experience with Learning & Development and Instructional Design
  • Proficient in eLearning software (i.e. Articulate 360, Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Premiere Pro)
  • Experience delivering learning solutions in a fast-paced, global, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience working within a Learning Management System
  • Knowledge and experience with digital design, photo editing, video editing, audio editing
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact independently with both internal partners and external vendors at all levels.
  • Experience working with global peers and partners.
  • Strong Project management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Organizational Behavior, Organizational Psychology, Adult Learning, Industrial Organizational Psychology

Travel Requirements

  • Minimal international travel may be required for this position.
  • Travel to domestic stores minimum a quarter no more than three.
  • Travel to the Broomfield office and Boston office for required meetings/trainings or urgent matters of business.

Salary or Pay Range: $120,000 - $130,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
