Job Description
As the Sr. Owners Project Manager, you will:
Lead project management efforts while coordinating with client, architects, and engineers
Oversee project operations - coordinating workload, schedules, budgeting, and more
Lead potential business development meetings and proposals
Travel is minimal, mostly revolving around client meetings or job site visits every so often
Meet with C-level and board executives to review office standings and future needs

The Successful Applicant
The ideal Sr. Owners Project Manager will have:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture or related field preferred
10+ years of construction experience
7+ years of Project Management experience (AEC background)
Proven experience working with the MSBA - required (project management, engineering or design capacity)
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent problem solving abilities
