We are a well-established, publicly traded pharmaceutical manufacturing company seeking a talented Senior Manager to research and develop external partnerships and collaborations. This role involves working with scientific and legal partners to evaluate, create, and execute collaborative research agreements and acquisitions.
Responsibilities:
In collaboration with the VP, you will:
Build a pipeline of external opportunities
Evaluate innovation opportunities
Develop research plans and craft agreements
Lead early development projects
Monitor and track scientific advances and new technologies
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners
Must-Have Skills:
PhD in Biological Science or related field
6-10+ years in drug development and research
Experience interfacing with internal and external partners
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in ophthalmology drug development
