Our client, a fragrance company, is seeking a Sr. Director of New Packaging Development to join their team in NYC!
Responsibilities:
Oversee Operations, Packaging Development & Sourcing, and Project Management functions
Manage new launches, value analysis, and redevelopment projects
Present monthly product launch status reports to top leadership
Manage global budget
Vendor relationships and portfolio management (includes contracts and planning, building innovation, and mitigating risks)
Recommend sourcing and supply chain strategy to the leadership team
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree
10+ years in the Cosmetic or Fragrance industry, or other relevant consumer goods
Must have a packaging development/package engineering background
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary Range: $200,000-240,000
