About The Role

The main responsibility of the Customer Business Manager is to implement and drive the strategies set by the company's leadership. This position plays a crucial role in achieving sales volume and distribution targets for the company's product portfolio within designated accounts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement company strategies for regional and local chains in assigned regions.
  • Influence program execution with key decision-makers in specified retail chains.
  • Manage volume targets, budgets, and results in the designated territory.
  • Ensure compliance with national corporate programs.
  • Maintain pricing consistency across local markets in alignment with national standards.
  • Collaborate with the Field Sales Organization to uphold in-store standards.
  • Engage directly with account teams within the distributor network to establish strategy and sales objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the wholesaler network, sharing communication responsibilities.


Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing regional or national accounts.
  • Proficiency in managing buyers and engaging with major chains, particularly Kroger.
  • Preferred experience in the Beverage Industry.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive mindset.
  • Familiarity with off-premise chains in the assigned territory.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Adaptability to organizational and industry changes.
  • Willingness to travel to meet with customers.
  • Results-driven with excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrates integrity, character, and leadership qualities.
  • Possession of a valid Driver’s License.


Education Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.


Travel

50% expected travel.
