As we bid farewell to the World Radiocommunication Conference 2023 (WRC-23), our dedicated E-Space team stands proud, having contributed to shaping the future of global space policy. This incredible event has been marked by insightful discussions, strategic collaborations and a shared commitment to advancing space sustainability and communications for the world’s benefit.     E-Space applauds the work of the International Telecommunication Union, its member states and supporting sector members on its culmination of the study cycle toward a treaty that provides a predictable and stable framework for continued development in the NGSO sector, including a commitment to study new frequencies for MSS services.      We thank the government of the UAE, in particular the leadership of the conference, H.E.
