Need candidates local to the tri-state area (NY/NJ/CT) and be available to come for meetings (once a month) into the Morris County office.

This role is for a proactive Business Analyst who can has strong gap analysis and stakeholder management skills.

We need your experience in:

Gap analysis (As Is - To Be)

Business requirements elicitation, analysis and assessment

Working with stakeholders from various business areas (sales and marketing, finance, etc)

Proficient in translating business needs & requirements to technical teams

Experience with data migration projects

Work with technical teams (i.e data architecture etc)

Strong communication and documentation skills, writing user stories

Proven experience working on projects that follow Agile methodology

Work cross-functionally with internal business units and data architecture teams to understand the data migration project challenges and solutions

ERP and cloud environment experience
