The Swift Creek Family YMCA, a branch of the YMCA of Greater Richmond, is seeking an energetic, motivated team player to provide leadership and direction to our growing sports programs.

DUTIES
The Director will manage youth and adult sports programs; sports camps; and other sports-related programming. The Director will supervise part-time sports staff, gym monitors, and volunteer coaches. Specific areas of focus will be on creating high quality programs, building relationships with members and community organizations, and engaging program participants.
Qualifications
A college degree in a related field is preferred
Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience in sports programming, and knowledge of sports rules and best practices
Experience coaching and managing staff desired
Applicants must be able to work a varied schedule with frequent evening and weekend work
Computer Proficiency And Program Administration Experience Are Essential
Salary: $40,000-42,000 plus generous benefits and free YMCA membership.
