What You'll Do:
🏀 Lead, manage, and coordinate all sports programs at our facility.
👥 Recruit, train, and supervise staff and volunteers dedicated to fostering a love for sports among children.
🏟️ Coordinate facility usage and equipment setup for games and practices.
📋 Facilitate parent orientation meetings and coach training sessions.
🗓️ Develop and communicate team schedules, sports rules, and guidelines.
🛡️ Ensure program quality, adherence to standards, and implementation of safety procedures.
What You Need:
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Recreation Management, or a related field.
👨🏫 Minimum one year of supervisory experience in family involvement programs.
🚑 Current CPR, First Aid, Oxygen, and AED certifications.
💼 Strong skills in administration, marketing, staff supervision, and fiscal management.
💬 Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
✨ Ability to multitask, demonstrate creativity, and motivate others effectively.
